Mindfulness Monday offers a safe and supportive space for youth ages 13-18 to learn techniques for managing stress, staying focused, and fostering spiritual growth. Led by caring mentors, this weekly session is an opportunity for young people to connect, reflect, and grow in their faith.

Mindfulness Monday is a weekly ministry dedicated to helping youth ages 13-18 develop tools for managing stress, enhancing focus, and growing spiritually. In a world filled with distractions and challenges, this gathering provides a safe and nurturing space for young people to center themselves, reflect on their faith, and cultivate inner peace.

Led by compassionate mentors, each session incorporates mindfulness techniques such as breathing exercises, guided reflections, and scriptural meditation. The aim is to equip participants with practical skills they can apply in their daily lives while strengthening their relationship with God. By integrating biblical principles into mindfulness practices, youth learn to rely on their faith as a source of strength and clarity.

Mindfulness Monday is also a space for community and connection. Participants are encouraged to share their experiences, support one another, and grow together in faith. It’s more than just a meeting; it’s a journey toward spiritual and emotional wellness, fostering resilience and a deeper understanding of God’s purpose for their lives.

Mondays at 6:00 PM in the Social Hall (Youth ages 13-18).

Every Monday evening, youth ages 13-18 are invited to gather in the Social Hall for sessions focused on mindfulness and faith. This is a time for self-reflection and spiritual growth.
